These Terms govern your use of ReaperHome ("the Service"), operated by Corey Ware ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ReaperHome is an AI-powered video generation tool that helps real estate professionals create short-form social media videos for property listings. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate video scripts based on listing information you provide.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, all activity under your account, and providing accurate signup information. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free Plan: 3 video generations per month at no cost. No credit card required.
Agent Plan — $19/month: 25 video generations per month, no watermark, agent branding. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Team Plan — $49/month: Unlimited video generations, up to 5 agent profiles.
Paid subscriptions bill monthly on the same date. Billing is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card information. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with your first paid month, contact support@reaper-home.com within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable. If you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged.
You retain full ownership of all videos you create using the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of property information used in your videos and for compliance with real estate advertising laws and MLS regulations in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for inaccurate listing details or any compliance issues.
You agree not to use the Service to create false or misleading content, violate real estate advertising laws, infringe third-party intellectual property, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or share your account credentials.
Scripts and videos are generated by AI based on information you provide. You should review all content before publishing. We make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for ensuring content meets any applicable disclosure requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States.
