This Privacy Policy explains what information ReaperHome ("we", "us", "our") collects, how we use it, and your rights. We built this tool for real estate professionals and take your privacy seriously.

What We Collect

Account information: Your email address and encrypted password, collected when you sign up. Stored securely in Supabase.

Listing information: Property addresses, prices, descriptions, and photos you enter to generate videos. This data is processed in real-time to generate your video and is not permanently stored on our servers.

Usage data: How many videos you've generated this month, used to enforce plan limits. Stored in your profile in our database.

Billing information: Your subscription plan and billing status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number, expiry, or CVV.

Technical logs: Standard server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps, retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

What We Don't Collect

We do not store your property photos after your video is generated
We do not sell your data to any third parties — ever
We do not use your listing data to train AI models
We do not track you across other websites
We do not use advertising trackers or ad networks

How We Use Your Information

To generate your listing videos using AI
To manage your account and subscription
To send transactional emails (receipts, billing notices) via Stripe
To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
To respond to support requests

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ReaperHome:

Supabase — User authentication and account data storage. Privacy policy →

Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile data is deleted within 30 days. Stripe retains billing records as required by financial regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Export your data in a machine-readable format
Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Children's Privacy

ReaperHome is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before significant changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
